In the past, everything has been easy and simple when ordering, but recently, I was not able to get free shipping with my order. I had to pay about $13 for the same shipping option that I have always used. It cancels out the benefits of ordering direct.

This is by far the best one out of all the extra strength for me anyways, I just really wanted to take a minute and thank the company they really stand by their products and guarantees I've been a customer loyal for years and they've always been easy to contact and very easy to work with would never go to another brand or company very trustworthy place!

I have tried several of club13 products. This is the one that I like the best in a higher potency. There products are always very consistent. Also worth noting that there’s a label with details but you can get free bottle with a number of proof of purchase.

Amazingly Awesome Product!

Long time kratom user that was SO stoked when Club 13 rolled out. For over a decade, I dealt with scouring the market near and far for sanitary, safe, and contaminant “free” kratom with little success. It was great to see a kratom distributor (Club 13) that actually processed and produced such a product 👍… to be fair, I was disappointed recently with the introduction of “extra strength “ product packaging (product inside is 👍👍)because the small packaging does not have the labeling indicating MIT content etc as stated.. easy fix but definitely inconvenient if you use multiple strains/ blends. It’s a small thing and I only mention it because I genuinely want Club 13 to be as successful as possible with new and potential customers and believe that would help all when a shopper is confronted with Club 13 alongside inferior brands.
