An Update on Extra Strength and Select Club13 Products
Dear Club13 Customer,
Due to a new DEA requirement limiting kratom extract products to less than 1 mg of 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH) per article, we're requesting the voluntary return of all 25-count and larger bottles of our Extra Strength extract-enhanced kratom capsules, as well as some of our large volume drink mixers.
These products contain no added synthetic 7-OH or other synthetic alkaloids. However, naturally occurring levels of 7-OH in kratom powder may cause certain larger package sizes to exceed the new limit. Because there is currently a lack of clarity regarding how the DEA's new requirements will be interpreted and enforced, we are making this request out of an abundance of caution.
We support the DEA's enforcement on synthetic 7-OH, MGM-15, MGM-16 and Pseudoindoxyl. Club13 has never sold and will never sell synthetic opioids disguised as kratom products. The safety and compliance of our customers will always be our top priority. Our goal is to have these products back on shelves as soon as we understand the DEA's enforcement approach.
We appreciate your cooperation and continued support.
